Would you consider these BU?

Personally I would call them Unc. Not really much brilliant about any of them, and gem is really stretching.

An original bank roll can't be Gem. I consider gem to be MS-65 or better also.

No roll is going to be all gem....except mytbe ASE's.

This roll sounds like it may have actually been original....can't expect steelies to look other than they do, here !

 

I agree. They are technically uncirculated, but far from brilliant uncirculated. To bad, I'll bet they looked great before mother nature set in.
