would this be a lamination error ?

    Can't really tell what you are looking at. Take some clearer photos of the area in question or tell us what you see. Most laminations will show a lamination crack indicating that the planchet has separated.

    looks like a scrape with some green discoloration that may be the start of corrosion.

    Not a lamination error. This looks more like there is something on the surface of the coin and it’s corroding the coin.

    The pictures are not that clear, but it does not look like a lamination error to me. It looks more like a stain or a foreign substance.

    I'm not seeing any error of any type. Just a stain or scrape on the surface, IMHO.
