Would this be a double eyelid? 1993 D Lincoln Cent

I tried to get a good picture, but... I also searched this and several other sites and could not find any information. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the photo compliments! I had a hard time getting good angles with the light source, so thought about it and came up with this rig. Maybe one day I will make a more professional version, but for now this works very well. I can swivel the half ball in every direction under my camera.
