Would this 1941 Walking Liberty Half Dollar get a green bean?

    Or you could take him at his word and believe he took on this ridiculous waste of high-end manpower out of disgust at what his creations had become. One of the ironies of everyone complaining about the ludicrous inflation of Beaned coins is that you and I are setting those prices with our decisions and our checkbooks, not John Albanese. All he's doing is guaranteeing he'll buy them at the going rate.

    We set the going rate, not him.

    Actually, the green bean is for coins that are accurately graded.

    First, It needs a good,solid grade from PCGS or NGC. I think it is a nice coin, but probably not exceptional for the grade.
