Sorry, I still can't tell what you're asking. It sounds like you're agreeing with the poster you quoted, and if that's true, I don't understand what you're asking.

But you ARE agreeing with me. I too was asking how (or why) it should be illegal to charge what you want.

if , you want to get upset .. check these coins ..BURUNDI 1 OZ SILVER PROOF EMPORER ANGEL FISH...lots of different coins .. all stamped 1oz silver on coin.. the only problem is ....the coins weigh 1oz not the silver ( one seller told me .. they are just plated ...but listed as 1 oz silver ) .. I couldn't figure how to report these fake silver coins to eBay ,, they really do not care ...as long as they get their fees from us

Its only wrong if they use deception, like most advertising.

He seems legit. It is illegal to sell unmarked replicas as genuine coins. Or selling counterfeits is illegal. Those we report.

they list coins as 1 oz silver .. the coins say 1 oz silver on them ... only , if , you ask seller , do you find out , they are plated , if a coin says 1 oz silver on it, produced by a government , why would you think they were not silver bullion
