    Top one - no way
Bottom one - with the gold showing, IF it is legit, yes.

I would agree with Furry. Sight unseen is a crapshoot. But if the gold in box 2 is legit, that will make for a very sweet score...... If they won’t let you look at the contents, I would have to assume they have something to hide. Possibly counterfeit gold.

bottom has a graded "PF69 __ Gold Eagle", the looks to be a $5 Indian and maybe a $1 Liberty gold dollar.

No deal. These "assortments" are "staged" and "baited" with some candy and filled with duds. If the seller doesn't lay out in clear photographs and a definitive list of what you are buying steer clear. You are more astute than that. No one is giving anything away, there are no free rides. CT friends do not let CT friends buy crap.

Interesting but certainly not uber valuable. Your money would be in the potential gold and silver.
That being said, I don't get a good feeling about this and would pass if you weren't able to actually check it.

That’s not my thing really. I couldn’t say. I’m just an old US coin guy. Don’t know a thing about the bills and the error stuff..... I sure wish I could get that half gold eagle focused in. If legit, that one coin would pay for the entire box.

Well.... I agree with the consensus. Anything that looks too good to be true, is in fact too good to be true.

I'd be VERY suspicious if I wasn't allowed to inspect what I'm buying! Don't think that I'd do it.

    No. The coins are circulated.
Theres no way that bill is all ones, the photo is cut.
If the gold was real it wouldn't have to be packed in this group to sell.

In the second picture- above the peace dollar in plastic airtight, underneath the Franklin half (and a nickel)- It would appear to be an a draped bust dollar reverse sticking out. I would wager good money that is not a real coin in a junk box being sold in this manner. If there is one highly probably counterfeit, there are probably more. The pictures were most likely painstakingly set-up to look as valuable as possible.

Plus, this type of set-up is perfect for a bait and switch. Who knows what type of coins will actually arrive if purchased.
