If it was not scratched it would probably be worth a dollar, but all it is worth with the scratches is it's copper melt value.

It looks like the coin was assaulted in a dark alley. I give lots of old worthless large cents away to friends to use as golf ball markers on the green. They show up well and you are plunking down something that's 100 years old.

 

It might be lucky for scratching used lottery tickets
