Worst filled die I've seen

    I'll have to say a grease filled die. No tooling is evident in the picture. I have a few grease filled die cents that look pretty much like yours.

    There's no question that this is an authentic filled die error, a.k.a., struck through grease. They get a lot more severe than this. Some have almost the entire obverse and reverse design obliterated.

    Looks a 1993, same kind of R in Liberty. 4 looks a little high.
