Agreed. I’m overly twitchy about “details” coins. And a few of my otherwise-attractive ancients in NGC holders have little italicized notes (“edge bend”, “wrinkled”, “lt. smoothing”), and that doesn’t much bother me. I should probably be more lenient on the pre-1600 hand-hammered material and save that “straight-grades only” philosophy for more “modern” milled coinage.
