As a crown-size silver coin, all of the silver forint types are generally found baggy, and examples in grades above MS63 are rare. I will be crossing this to NGC. Normally I discount PCGS world coin grades by a full step, but this actually looks like it has a shot at crossing at a 65 to me based both on the surfaces and that NGC has been preferring coins with original looks like this.
