I agree with the grade ANACS gave the coin as well. It's in an older generation ANACS holder, white label with   green lettering and a hologram on the reverse. I think  it's a 5th  generation holder from the late 1990s or there about. The toning is rather heavily mottled but there exists subtle color which I feel better image would bring out for viewers, as I can see it in hand. Such tone as this obscures the design a bit and certainly will not appeal to everyone, plus these pics  are poor. I find that such tone 'patterns' are not  uncommon on this era of Mexican coinage. These images were taken in diffuse natural day light (no artificial lighting).  The two sides of the coin are totally different in color. While the eagle side has typical reddish-golden tone in the lower   areas, the fields, at some angles the color comes off with an   overall purplish  hue as in this image. The horse/rider side has dark   stripes of tone approaching a blue-black.
