    It seems that these two coins were struck with the same obv die 12 years apart. The 1920 just seems to have more die cracks. What do you think?

    Also got these nice ones with and without dash below S in cents. Wonder why they called it cents and not centavos?

    :yes:Australia .north pole China North Korea Berlin after the wall came down Cambodia to visit as a tourist Falkland islands.
    the list is long but there a few off the top of my head. @ my age its hard to recall everything with out a brain fart or 2

    Here's a new beauty, 1948 5 Peso. Love how Mexico makes it known what the silver purity is on these and the Reales.

    Nah, I don't think they did. Guess it is used as an abbreviation, hence the smaller "s". :)

    Amazing how difficult it was finding a current circulting coin in this condition. Took me 6 months to find this one. Maybe I suck at searching.

    Had to get one of these after seeing all of the beautiful Liras. Has a slight rim ding but I took that in consideration when negotiating the price. Very happy with the coin.
