I will never compete with @panzerman but I did succumb to temptation and buy a couple of bits of gold today - 1872 Sovereign and 1887 Half Sovereign:

 

I need help identifying this Conder Token. I've found other Skidmore ones buy not this one. Any help would be appreciated. Regards, Mike

 

Looks like Middlesex 566 or 566a. 566 has edge writing. 566a has a plain edge.

 

I hope a medal is allowed on this thread.

This one arrived in the post today - not desperately scarce but a decent condition and slots nicely into my random collection of Crown size silver coins from around the world. 1888 Prussian 5 Mark:

Sumatra - 3 Keping, 1787

 

I did some shopping yesterday and came home with these three - all upgrades for me:

Starting to get back into collecting again. I think I did good for 2.53. 1917 Canada half dime.

Arrived a couple of hours ago

 

I thought this was interesting because it says "Phila USA" at the bottom. Obviously it was made in Philadelphia for Ecuador but I can't think of another time where I saw a different country's name on a coin when it wasn't a colony of that country or something.
