1982 Silver Lunar proof, mintage of 15k

 

I don't have it in hand yet but just won this at auction. Raw. It compares well to the single one in Heritage's archives graded MS64, and is much better than the MS62 listed in PCGS's archives, but we'll see what it comes out as. I don't have much faith in grading companies as past submissions have been graded inconsistently IMO.

 

WOW. 1 of my favorite series. I have a few similar but yours is really nice. Congratulations.

 

Yours are lovely too, I like that you have both the obverse (or is it reverse? I always mix them up) designs, one with the wildmen and the later one where they replaced it with the heraldry. I've always wanted that swan taler, congrats on having one!

The repunched date as well reworked die lettering....the condition as well the tone no brainer.

 

I like it. But then I like any Conder token. That's not one that I have. Nice pick up.

 

This is an aftersale purchase from a recent Bid/Buy sale. I liked it but not at the original asking price. I really like that it comes with an old Chapman envelope.
