The 1967 set imho is one of their best products ever! The set design was outstanding. I have two sets 1 in a nice plastic holder the other in the RCM mylar package.
New acquisitions have been slow recently. Trying to save up for next months WFOM. I did pick this bargain piece up. 1970 date medal from Malta.
I somehow don't have one of the aluminum 50 centimos yet. I get amused by types that are super common yet I don't yet have for whatever reason.
This Stuiver was minted in Dordrecht. This finishes my purchases for the last 1.5 years. I only post pictures that Todd at BluCC does for me. That is the reason for the large amount of pics. Hopefully I will see Todd sooner between acquisitions.
Here's a 1920 notgeld with a neat obverse with some cave bear bones. According to wikipedia the town has a museum there with a cave bear skeleton, so maybe the display opened in 1919 or something?
I recently picked up this 1992 Hungarian proof set. This is the first year for all of these types (post-Soviet coinage) and only 1,000 proof sets were produced, making this a highly sought-after and difficult to find set. These look to be in good shape, but I will be breaking them out of the set for an acetone rinse, due to PVC residue concerns, and submitting them to NGC.
