    Some new arrivals to help with my quest for a toned year set of German Empire 1/2 marks.
    For those who haven't ever seen a 1/2 mark in hand, they are just smaller then a Jefferson nickel in diameter, and about a third of the thickness.

    :thumb: Those song festivals are popular in all three "Baltic countries", by the way. Estonia and Latvia have issued pieces with basically the same theme.

    This one with "Italy & 1810" caught my eye :D. It is from the time of the Napoleone Kingdom.

    I also got some other medals & tokens from the same dealer which I should post in a separate thread. In total I selected 16 pieces & they cost me $10 ($0.625 each). :hail:
