Coin much nicer in hand than the seller scans. I actually have another one on the way. I was looking for a nice piece for a while and another showed up two days after I purchased this.

Haven't added much in a while since i've retired. Limited income and all.
I did pick up another Germany 5 Marks for my "Eagle" collection. Fortunately these are still inexpensive and yet still have a small amount of Silver. I got this one less than half price using the last of my eBay Bucks.

I was told this is 10 Yen. I got this in change from 7-11 any clue on what year this is?

 

Looks like a token of some sort. Don't see a denomination per se, and not a Japanese 10 yen. Both sides look the same, is that a photo snafu, or are both sides the same? Does look like some of the castles however. Like Osaka https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osaka_Castle

 

Yes both sides appear to be the same. I didn't think it was 10 Yen....Interesting I got it from 7-11.

1st...a VERY lustrous BU 1961 500 Lire coin. (My photo's do do luster any favors)

Here's the newest bear in the family. A neat thing about this coin too is it has footprints along the rim. The theme of the series is footprints.

A couple new coins.

It took me 6 years to find the German Probe! I had bid on two previously, lost both bids. This is the only one graded by PCGS.




And, this is a 1916 well-struck example of the 1 Franc -- a missing date in my set. No color on this one, so may eventually replace it with a toned example when/if I can find a nice one.

 

A beat up 10 Baisa from Dhofar Province in Muscat and Oman, 1939.

Took me a while to find one of these at a decent price. Always seemed to be made of unobtanium for my budget. When I finally found a seller that had a bunch, I bought a 1904 & 1910 of that same coin. Both UNC. Relatively low mintage on all of them.
