Yes, I think so. They have similar series, such as Ancient Myths or Roman Gods, but this is a new one. Christian
Thanks. I'll definitely be looking into these. I've seen plenty of Norse Gods, and such, but the prices are pretty high. Some of these super high relief products, with many levels of strike are just incredible.
I recently purchased a lot (group) of stuff mostly ancients and found this small bit of luck in it. It is silver and weighs in at .99 grams, and measures 14 mm at it broadest point. It has been clipped a bit as their normal weight is 1.25 grams and measures in at 15 mm per Krause, KM 16. Fun bit.
Found this online. It's a replica of a potential design for Scotland if they decided to leave the UK in 2014. Since Wallace is my family name and I'm related to Sir William I thought it would be cool to pick up a few and give them out as presents to the family. You can read more about the designs here. http://news.coinupdate.com/new-prototype-coinage-unveiled-for-the-scottish-ryal-3288/

That shield looks like a half sov to me. Did you buy it as a full sovereign (7.98g) or a half sovereign (3.99g)?
That is indeed awesome. Those Austrians and Germans do mighty nice "charging knight" coins, don't they?
It's a half soverign (3.99g) I paid $10 over spot at $156 shipped. I checked it out. The weight is spot on, dimensions are right and it shows gold on my detector. GTG.
