So this one isn't pretty at all....But I couldn't beat the price of $1.99 for $7.20 worth of silver. Plus, I love half crowns
Went to CICF last weekend. Picked up this rather wholesome Pillar 2 Reales for my Prime Number set. A couple Heritage wins should arrive within the next few days.
Got this in the mail today: 1966(66) Spain 100 Pesetas. While, I am enjoying getting world silver coins for under melt lately, I need to cool it off a bit I think. Good thing I will be going back to work after next week

Kinda gambled on this one. Payed a little more than $1 a coin. The seller didn't show both sides of the coins but I kinda did some rough math and I think I came out on top. Sellers photos.
Picked these up at the Grapevine show today. 1915 CN, First year type 1943 Brass, one year type 1958 CN, one year type 1971 Aluminum
Love the 5 and 10 Mark Commemoratives. The eagle designs make the coin. I have several and add from time to time.
Yeah. I think I'm at/around 20 different designs right now. Love the eagles. This last bunch I got for about $5.25 a coin. Not too shabby I don't think.
My most recent 'Modern' coin purchase would have to be this 2006 'Commemorative' collaboration from the Governments of both Australia and the Netherlands, that celebrates the landing of the first European onto the shores of Australia in 1606, by Willem Janszoon, (who complicated the issue by calling the place 'Niew Zeland'), (400 years earlier), Boxed Set 'Five Dollars' Australian 'Five Euros' Netherlands (And some of my Fords, for those interested.)
