Could just be a woman with small hands. Good too see another Georgian on here. I'm from Cleveland and will be at the Dalton coin show next weekend.
This one is 6cm tall by 3cm wide. I dont believe the Koban had ink signatures on them. I think that was only the Oban. And the Oban with ink signatures sell for 5-6 times more then the ones with them missing.
This is not a new purchase. I actually had 3 sets of these at one time. Gave one as a gift last Christmas. I retook photos and arranged like the other mint and proof set I recently added. Pics came out great, really shows off the colors.

Hehe, that is from the European part of Australia. Will be issued next month. The Coin World article mentions the surcharged silver variety only (50,000 pcs, Ag800), but the regular version (200,000 pcs, Cu) can be had at face as usual. Christian

Last of the World Proof sets for a while. Exceed my budget of $250 by $8.59 and picked up 13 sets. Cost ran from $4.54 to a high of $50.01. Not bad. I picked up some beautiful coins along the way and even some nice Silver. This is an unusual set in that are a mixture of years. The coins represent the last year the coin designs were minted. Photos were taken through the mint plastic and don't even come close to showing the real beauty of the coins. Coins are dated from 1966 to 1980 but represent the designs beginning in 1946. Proof Coinage Designs of the Republic of Iceland, 1946-1980. Mintage 15,000
