    Uruguay:

This large 90% silver coin is a one year-type issued in 1969. It has an interesting, deeply struck design that's both modern and ancient, drawing from pre-Columbian indigenous imagery.

The letters “FAO” are an acronym for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.

The Latin words “FIAT PANIS” are a motto of the FAO, which translates to “Let there be bread”.

This coin also has edge-lettering, "REPUBLICA ORIENTAL DEL URUGUAY" (Oriental Republic of Uruguay).

Also some new pics of an older pick-up, trying to catch more of it's color/tone:

MY two newest foreign coins were both found in a 3 for a dollar bin at a flea mat. A 1940 Switzerland 2 franc and a 1900 Venezuela 2 Bolivare. The Venezuela coin has a high catalog value for some reason, and both are silver.
