Brings my total to 4 varieties of this type Lower Canadian Colonial Tokens. 1820 Bust and Harp Lower Canada Halfpenny Token 10 strings LC60E1 This is an exceptional specimen of an imitation Bust and Harp token. 1820 Bust and Harp Lower Canada Halfpenny Token 8 strings LC60C3 Hard to find 8 Strings imitation Bust and Harp token with the die break on the harp belly.
A dealer nearby has a bunch of Maria Theresa Thaler Re-strikes for $25 apiece. I decided to pick one up for giggles. I am considering going back for a few more. What say you?
Finally got my 1988 Cook islands coin set in the mail. here's that upgrade on the $2 dollar triangle coin: I like the shape of this coin. they are getting harder to find this nice.
:thumb:You may have a small date 1997. its little known die varieties that add some Extra $$$ to the 1997 small date. Its worth the Time to check it out.Panda America my have the retail price listed. :devil:so your slight premium may pay for its sell with Die variety small date if your 1997 is a small date :yes:

It's certainly not the most attractive coin I have ever seen, but given the mintage of only 675 coins, I thought I'd better grab this one while I could.
not a great deal i seen one exactly the same on ebay.co.uk that couldnt sell for £2.99! i suppose it depends on the seller some with power seller status tend to sell stuff for more even reletavely common coins sell for silly amounts with a couple of sellers i know
The Easter Bunny dropped this in my basket today. It sort of replaces a duplicate I have that was probably polished to a bright brassy shine at some time. Goes with the previous post 1820 Bust and Harp 9 strings lightweight imitation with crude design LC60-E2 Breton 1012 This is the other below that is a more accurate imitation that I have and that makes 4 varieties of the numerous Bust and Harps to collect I have so far. 1820 Bust and Harp Halfpenny Token Imitation 9 strings Br 1012 LC60-C2 Lower Canada While I can still edit, I will add these other 2 I have that are also 1820 Bust and Harp 9 strings lightweight imitation with crude design LC60-E2 Breton 1012 but I see very subtle differences making me think that these dies might have been reworked or there were other LC60-E2 that looked an awful lot the same.
