Won these tonight. Brings my total to 4 varieties of this type Lower Canadian Colonial Tokens.

    1820 Bust and Harp
    Lower Canada Halfpenny Token
    10 strings LC60E1

This is an exceptional specimen of an imitation Bust and Harp token.

Hard to find 8 Strings imitation Bust and Harp token with the die break on the harp belly.

A set of 1/10 oz gold pandas from the 80s. Paid only a slight premium to melt.

Cazkaboom One for all, all for me.

A dealer nearby has a bunch of Maria Theresa Thaler Re-strikes for $25 apiece. I decided to pick one up for giggles. I am considering going back for a few more. What say you?

:thumb:You may have a small date 1997. its little known die varieties that add some Extra $$$ to the 1997 small date.
Its worth the Time to check it out.Panda America my have the retail price listed.
:devil:so your slight premium may pay for its sell with Die variety small date if your 1997 is a small date

This is not a new coin to my collection however it's one of my favorites. A very low 3500 mintage Proof Israel 5 New Sheqalim from their Holy Land series . 001.jpg 002.jpg Sea Of Galilee

It's certainly not the most attractive coin I have ever seen, but given the mintage of only 675 coins, I thought I'd better grab this one while I could.

The Easter Bunny dropped this in my basket today. It sort of replaces a duplicate I have that was probably polished to a bright brassy shine at some time. Goes with the previous post

1820 Bust and Harp 9 strings
    lightweight imitation with crude design
    LC60-E2
    Breton 1012
    [IMG][IMG]

This is the other below that is a more accurate imitation that I have and that makes 4 varieties of the numerous Bust and Harps to collect I have so far.

1820 Bust and Harp Halfpenny Token
    Imitation 9 strings
    Br 1012 LC60-C2
    Lower Canada

    [IMG][IMG]

While I can still edit, I will add these other 2 I have that are also
1820 Bust and Harp 9 strings
    lightweight imitation with crude design
    LC60-E2
    Breton 1012

but I see very subtle differences making me think that these dies might have been reworked or there were other LC60-E2

that looked an awful lot the same.

Some of you may have seen this one on the toned coin thread. Here she is in all of her glory (larger pics than there).
