I've always been amazed at the amount of world coins that I came across while servicing bank coin machines. Here are a couple that I picked up recently. A Denmark 1874 5 ORE and a France 1925 2 Francs
Because we have a lot of Central American and South American residents, I capture a significant number of those coins (mostly modern) in rolls and in machine change. Once, while teaching my g-kids to dive for coins in the pool, they came back with Peruvian coins that I did not put in, I was unable to find the proper owners, so I let them keep the souvenirs.
Coins from around the world. Ok. People travel. But a coin from Denmark minted in 1874 is a find that I am glad that you shared. Mad cool.
