Working on Type Set, Completed Smaller Set...

    Got some bills for my US Small Size Currency type set today, and while I was able to ad my Red Seals to my Silver Certificates, North Africa Notes, and three Generations of FRNs as complete, having forgot my Hawaii Note was a $1 I didn't realize I also completed a denomination type set, a $1 of every type issued...

    Just have to work on the 2 types of National Bank Notes, Federal Reserve Bank Notes, the rest of my Hawaii Notes, and of course Gold Certificates...

    I actually don't know paper well at all...so I find that really cool and interesting!

    Do be sure to keep us apprised of your progress. I'd love to see the National Bank Notes and Gold Certificates that you'll eventually acquire for your set.

    I got a couple Federal Reserve Bank Notes today... Both out of Chicago.

    I didn't either, it started with getting older bills through my job but as you look them up and see the different types and the reasons behind those different types you realize that there's a lot of history that is in these old bills...
