A person can suffer from both conditions. Just ask a government employee.

yes I was beginning to think I was stupid and not just lgnorant! lot of things I don't know about coins , was hoping to learn ,think I'll be wise and drop this conversation!!

 

Why? Every one of us is ignorant in near countless areas and the same goes for being stupid. Stick around and perhaps you’ll be able to knock one off your own list.

 

You'll learn if you stick around and you're just not knowledgeable in this area. Also, most of us have a, how shall I put it?, a strange sense of humor.
