    I just realized what that said, lol. I don't "bait", i "pique". I'm really not looking for trouble, here. Just enjoy a bit of tomfoolery, every now and then.

    I bought a metal detector without finding out the my state (Maryland) HATES metal detectorists. Basically the only place you can go is the beach, all parks are off limits. In three years I have basically found about a dollar in change in the sand. Woopie!

    Yeah, I did get to search around my mother-in-laws old properties. All I found there was an old gaming token from some restaurant. Most of the property near me is not very old - rows of townhouses.

    The property is old but not the townhouses. That type of construction tests up the ground. Find an old house and ask for permission to detect it. If you find something good, remember where and how you got it, thank them and offer them a piece or two of your findings.
