Hi guys. New member. This is my first coin post. I've got this old coin that was given to my grandma and I've been trying to read up on it but still not sure if it's real. Any help would be appreciated! I've attached front, back and side photos.
No, that is not genuine. The seam around the edge is a dead giveaway that this was cast. It looks like the sort of thing you get in a tourist gift shop.
Yes @physics-fan3.14 is correct. Hard as that may be to hear. It’s a cast copy is a Spanish cob. Quite common in Oceanside gift shops.
Thank you. I wasn't sure of the difference. It gets overwhelming trying to read so much with so much different info.
