I have gone on a rampage and bought a whole load of LRB. I thought I would pullout a few of what I consider as my highlights. Amongst them is this common VRBS ROMA, wolf and twins from Siscia.

I know that it's common but I loved the style of the coin and the detail remaining on both sides just highlights it.

    Commemorative AE3

Obv:– VRBS ROMA, Helmeted bust of Roma left
Rev:– –, She wolf feeding Romulus and Remus, two stars above
    Minted in Siscia (//Gamma SIS).
    Reference:– RIC VII Siscia 222

My favorite one is barbarous and not in great shape but still interesting to me.

Wow, I REALLY like this one! Let me add a question, I notice yours is facing right while all the others are facing left. Are there any non-barbarous ones that face right?

The Ostrogoths in Italy (493-553 AD) have a wolf and twins type with Roma facing right. Even though they were Germanic i.e. "barbarians", the Ostrogoths were the legal power in Italy at the time, and the Roman Senate in Rome ultimately answered to the Ostrogothic king. So their coins are legitimate, official issues.

Edit: just realized you probably meant the wolf itself, but hopefully this still is at least somewhat interesting.

    Under Theodoric, Ostrogothic Kingdom
    AE half-follis
Obv: IMVIC-TA ROMA, Roma helmeted, facing right
Rev: She-wolf standing left, suckling Romulus and Remus, two stars above, XX in ex
    Mint: Rome
    Date: 498-526 AD
    Ref: BMC 30
