It's been quite some time since I ordered from Wizard, but my recent order (5 items) arrived yesterday & while I am happy with what I received, the packaging was horrendous!

They crammed everything into a USPS envelope (a box would have been a better choice for these items) & did not separately wrap the Verdicare (which leaked about 15 - 20 drops worth). And the post office was not kind to the envelope!

However, after cleaning the mess, I'm still happy with my items. I am impressed with the quality of the items and the prompt delivery - it was only a couple of days.

Yes, I did contact them & explained the packaging issue (no response yet), but wondering if others have had a packaging issue or if this was an anomaly. It seems that when you pay Priority shipping using USPS packaging, a box would have been better; as well as securely wrapping liquids.

    Any comments? Thanks!

I've always had good luck with their shipping...but it's been a while.

I've never had any issues with them and they have been pretty accommodating with any special requests.

I had a problem with one of their orders in the past and when I called up to complain the service person was very rude. And for some reason I have been banned from ordering from them.

I appears that the Mint has changed their packaging as well. Most packaging is the product in their typical box, but my most recent purchases are in the USPS "bags". The also include their return form in paper, unlike the before. The new return form is cheap thin graded paper. I make my own shipping label if/or when I have to return an item.Luckily, I haven't had to return an item.

Never had a problem with Wizard. Liquids can be troublesome by nature. I agree a sturdy box would be best for shipping.

Wow! That is the first time I've heard from someone saying that. I guess it was bound to happen.

I'd have to look but I think I ordered some flips from them. (*Whoops, it was from coinsupplyexpress - no problems).

Was the envelope the execrable stiff, flat cardboard mailer?

I've only ordered from Wizard a few times. No problems here.

Nope, it was the tough, fibrous USPS envelope which was "form fitted" around the items with clear packing tape to hold its shape. Thankfully, other than the liquid, the items were "smashable" but not "breakable".

Update: Received a nice & prompt reply to my email. Razi apologized and said they are supposed to tape the bottle shut (it was not), and would forward my recommendation to the shipping dept. Good enough!

I was so used to their cardboard box with the item purchased inside. I do get my medicine the same way the coin was shipped, but they are in hard plastic bottles. The box the Mint sent in the "plastic" bag had dents on the corners. Of course the coin was not damaged, but, I did like the way they use to send them out.
