I have read all his posts on his PF IHC and specifically the 64-66 upgrades he got AFTER MS 70 treatment at NGC with a crack out. I actually have no problem with MS 70 and personally like blue coins. No weight or ions are removed with this product and the coin cleans up nice with no change in luster with my experience.  I like the blue look on coins, but I did not like how this coin looked after NCS and greatly regretted it.  I should have submitted as is.  Still a nice coin, but not as pretty as before IMO This post could get off tasks quick into a MS 70 debate but that would be fine by me.
