High grade moderns are as common as dirt - they exist in huge numbers ! It&#039;s gotten to the point where as much as 80% of an entire issue is graded a 70. And that pretty much means it&#039;s waste of money to have them graded at all ! </p><p><br /></p><p>But even given that, by definition what we see today cannot be a bubble.
