I noticed that there was some change in management at PCGS.

Who now handles the warranty submissions? In the past it was DH. Any thoughts on some other heads leaving like another one of the founders John Danreuther?

That makes three in a short period. I'm thinking Don Willis is still there.

    From Don Willis:

    1) Joe Orlando is the CEO of Collectors Universe. That is PCGS' parent company. I am the President of PCGS (10 year anniversary next week). That hasn't changed.

It is less likely that the grading will immediately change in the near term future as that there will be a shift in corporate policy and vision. That may lead to a change in grading down the road, but a change in CEO like this, especially driven by the board, is because they think the company is headed in the wrong direction.

Only time will tell if the new guy is able to right the ship, and how he will do that.
