Will Ebay allow the sale of Cuban coins again?

It's going to be a while until you can use the eBay one for coins and some other categories.

Yea they still do it on their own. It's easier for them to just ban everything from embargo countries than to risk violating it trying to enforce what can and cannot be allowed so they both just do blanket bans
