What do you think? In my opinion, its pretty hard to predict on what will 2011 bring in the world of gold. I dont believe much on chinese traditions that may bring luck. Luck will base upon your skills. Luck will be 1% and work will be 99%. Will gold rise this year? Ive read the news about the prediction of gold this year and It will be bursting sky rocket and I second that. This is the best time to dig in more gold as money will be always around.

No. If you want to earn money, invest in commodities. This will grow faster than the gold. And try to invest in Asian market such as China or India. China has also been preferred by Jim Rogers, famous American investor.

China and India will lose its fame for commodity gain in cuople of months ahead. Let us see what market acts in coming days.

It depends on the oil price as it seems to be shooting up.

Wrongly said. I have been following Jim Rogers for last two years and whatever he says that is true for China.

Mate, only oil price does not rule the market. There are many more factors.

Obviously solely oil prices don't effect the market but indirectly they effect a lot of things, cost push inflation is all dependent on oil prices , it increases your cost of transaction which eventually effects the market as a whole.

I would expect oil to get more expensive this year. Gold, on the other hand, may have reached a ceiling. There will need to be something major happening, I think, to make a large bump in the price of gold.

Yes oil prices are expected to increase even further, and as far as the ceiling of Gold is concerned , i think its going to set new support areas.
