The photos aren't conclusive enough.
It does look closer but not sure if it is the result of deterioration or a polishing. If you post clear full size photos of both the obverse and reverse I can be of more help. until then there is too much glare on the devices.

 

The normal '92 is wide AM. Both of these coins are wide AM.

 

For 1992, the rarity is Close AM. The link provided in one of the previous replies is a very informative one.

 

Not the one you want it to be.

As @Pickin and Grinin stated, a larger clearer photo of the 92 D would be helpful
