Two photos of the same coin? I think the top one probably better reflects the actual appearance of the coin.

 

The better question is which set of photos is more realistic? I see more details in #1 and #2 seems a tiny bit out of focus.

Which set makes the coin look more like it would appear in the hand? That's what you should use.

I'm with Pish & RC.
I thought that #2 looked familiar. I didn't want to put my opinion incase I was wrong. Look for another coin.
I've been looking for a Nero for a few months.
Be patient, I know it's hard but sometimes you just need to wait. It'll come.
I don't have to tell you be careful on ebay. Personally unless I know the seller eBay is a no ancients buy zone.
