Why would a coin dealer not circulate Ike Dollars ?

Coffee shop comps chatty wife,,,give them kids jfks, Ikes, $2 bills as tips since they conp you almost 100% of time..... I have to tell wife to tip these people that give you free coffee !I wish I had a bartender that would give me whatever I wanted to drink for an Ike dollar tip everytime. !
