Seems like everyone got one and it had the new design of the Signing of the Declaration of Independence. With Thomas Jefferson being the main author of the declaration and President, it seemed only natural to push these 2 dollar bills. I remember my uncle showing all the 2's he got from the bank when he cashed his pay check. I guess the banks were pushing them big time.
