why NGC coins do not cross to PCGS (a theory)

    For folks who intend to spend years or decades at this hobby, and spend hours weekly (daily ?) educating themselves, watching videos, attending courses -- sure.

    But for the rest of us, in today's society (with tons of demand on our time) vs. the 1950's (lots of free time), it's good to have TPGs to eliminate alot of guesswork and fraud.
