Don't let the mintage fool you, Most collectors don't know about the expensive gem bu coins released in 83 go for surprisingly alot. That's because there was no 1983 mint sets, therefor most coins released that year went into circulation. The only way your going to find a gem or even choice bu quarter, dime, nickel, cent, or half is to look through original rolls that someone might have saved.
