The markups you're seeing are for a variety of reasons, the first is the bullion will always have markups as the mint itself sells over spot.  Then you have the extra online markups to cover the fees of where they're sold, payment processing fees, and if there's free shipping offered thats never actually free.  And if you really want it at it's most simple level, if the market is willing to buy for x then theres no reason to lower the price to y[/QUOTE]
