Why have so few 1969-S DDO Lincolns been found?

Well, seeing this thread reminded me to call my old buddy and ask him to go through his vault and find the bank bag of 1969-S lincolns. Maybe I will hit the lucky bag I look for goodies and we split the finds. I have done his 68-s,70-s, and have the 69S and 71S to go if he digs them out. He got them as they were released, the local Bank of America got the sealed bags for him each year.
