Why Don't People Leave Feed BacK??????

They refused to cancel the auction and I was forced to push for the money. When I make a purchase I have cash/ payment in hand and pay right of way....not 48 to 72 hours after the fact. Another pet peeve is that I have set up my auctions people with out a feed back history are not allowed to bid. Unfair you say maybe so but have had way too many bidders with no or low feed back stiff me! I buy & sell as a hobby and to support my hobby of collecting. It's about business not play when you buy from me you are imformed over every step of the process tracking #'s shipping date and follow up to make sure you get what you paid for. E bay has even e mailed me about making the payment due at the end of the auction manatory as I have had so many non payers! Lastly the fee's big deal I listed 5 items @ $4.30 the fee's cost me over $112.00 plus Pay Pal fee's...pretty sad . And to think about all the money e bay has made since I started writting this reply........every second of the day e bay is laughing all the way to the bank! Us sellers are eating losses due to a system that has let us down. our ( ! )'s are hanging out.... I report a scammer at least once a month I have reported bad sellers and bad buyers and you never get any reply as to what e bay has done to fix a scammer or crook. and my final word is on the fact e bay protects scammers... yes I had to take one seller to the fed. gov. web site over his rip off auctions and the way he skirted the rules e bay did nothing and in fact he's still selling!
