Perhaps they made a minor error in my order, and made up for it quickly and without hassle, for example.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>or</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>2) The seller ticked me off. They took too long to ship. They charged me for priority shipping and instead sent first-class. In this case, I leave very low numbers for feedback, knowing that they will affect the seller&#039;s DSRs (Detailed Seller Ratings, I believe), and make their selling experience more difficult. Is this nice? No. But I always provide good customer service, and make amends when I fail, and I feel others should be held to that standard, so feedback is how I accomplish that goal.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
