I like mine in albums also. I can take them out and hold them in my hands if I want to. Who knows, I might be holding a penny that Roosevelt held or maybe Kennedy or a coin that was held by Constantine himself. You can't do that in a slab.
Certainly possibilities.... and is why it's important to speak to the man in charge before judging him. If the OP says the nephew is a knowledgeable fellow I've no reason to doubt him, but other factors can come into play. Plus, just because the owner thought 64, this doesn't mean the nephew automatically agreed, and as said earlier, when buying raw, it is always wise to err on the side of caution. If the owner was willing to pay wholesale 64 money for it and blows the call, it is his business and is on his shoulders, but if an employee, family or not does the same, well, we both know how human nature all too often works.
This is not about coins but it does have to do with how some people will reply to a question on a chat board. Many years ago I wanted to learn about computers so I would ask questions on a chat board. Now this was before there was the fancy interface of windows it was just a black screen with text kinda like in the dos days, anyhow someone got tired of me asking questions and told me to Yes, we know what it stands for and it is not allowed. No abbrev., acronyms, or other symbols substituted ~ read rules. So I took their advice and learned for myself. At the time I thought it was rude but in the end it was good advise because now I know everything I need/want to know about computers, and if there is something I need to know I just edited
I personally don't care for most of the moderators? I don't feel we need them on this site. They are quick to point out "Without saying" that they know everything. There are more cut-downs and arguments on this site than any other coin sites out there. Now watch. If the moderators allow my post, they will surely argue.
