(this is where PP SCREWS sellers) If that seller chooses to accept the payment, then their account is automatically upgraded to a "premiere acct"  so that it can accept credit card payments.  As a side effect of the upgrade ALL payments received from that point on will be charged the 2.9% (regardless of the origin of the subsequent payments). Anyone who only accepts the bank transfers and PP balance transfers is trying to keep from being charged the outrageous PP fees. Hope this helps some.CJD[/QUOTE]
