One day I&#039;m getting picked up by the wealthiest man in Southern Maryland (owner of the company my dad works for + 11 other busineses), and we make a run to Atlantic City. Everything Comped, pockets full of hundred dollar bills. Check raising 5 grand easy come easy go. A good night and a security guard escorts me to the car. (Crisp 20 dollar bill for his services, 20 for the lost soul playing two penny slots at a time and a 20 for the random security guard driving his bike around the parking lot. Fast forward and I wake up in a VA homless shelter. 11 cents in my bank account. Bumming a loosey from some unfortunate soul that is addicted to crack, or left his mind in Vietnam. Crazy, how do I relate to people my age? What can they tell me about life? Thank god things are stable now. Now that I have a son and am pushing 30 I have a reason to be afraid.
