Why did PCGS not bodybag this coin?

    The real issue is that PCGS coins get traded sight unseen and when this coins gets sold at X dollars the buyer is going to be very upset when they get the coin and see old Abe has been scalped. This coin is not worth the same as a VF 20 with out the mark so it should not be in a VF 20 holder by any means.
