Why did NGC do this?

    If the person always put the coin in their pocket the same way, it's possible over a long time one side will wear more than the other. I did it with a silver eagle. I always kept liberty facing my leg and over time liberty wore down more than the reverse. I didn't wear it down to AG but ended up with the obverse being around an AU 50 and the reverse was about AU 55+.
