Why Can't I Buy Coins on Ebay

    I agree. It could be a programming problem due to the breach. Maybe someone tried to get into your account, eBay detected fraud, and they locked you out because of it. Have you changed your password? You might be entering it wrong, or a hacker might have changed it for you. Call eBay, if they can't help, no one can.
